## About the Role

* Investment firm background (required).
 * Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, pipelines, performance tuning).
 * Full stack development experience (front end + back end).
 * Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as part of the development workflow.
 * Experience modernizing or migrating legacy reporting systems is a strong plus.
 * Strong communication skills - able to work directly with business stakeholders, not just other engineers.

## Description

* Lead the migration of legacy reports onto a new custom-built reporting system.
 * Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake to support automated reporting workflows.
 * Build full stack components (front end and back end) supporting the new reporting platform.
 * Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate build timelines and improve code quality.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
 * Ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability across all automated reports.
