## Description

BOAB Ventures is seeking a Systems Integrator to support the national security and intelligence community. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between mission stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure programs, projects, and capabilities are effectively planned, coordinated, and executed. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic mission-focused environment., * Coordinate activities across technical, operational, and program management teams to ensure successful mission execution.

 * Track program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
 * Facilitate communication between Customer stakeholders, engineers, and external partners.
 * Support program planning, requirements management, and integration activities.
 * Develop meeting materials, status reports, executive briefings, and decision-support products.
 * Monitor progress against objectives and identify issues requiring leadership attention.
 * Assist with strategic planning, process improvement, and mission coordination efforts.
 * Support technical and program reviews, governance boards, and stakeholder engagements.
 * Ensure actions are completed in accordance with Customer priorities and timelines.
