## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
\n

 * 3-5+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record of leading software implementations or technology projects
\n

 * Experience managing end-to-end software implementations, ideally in a SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise technology environment
\n

 * Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders
\n

 * Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including project planning, requirements, scope, risk and issue management, dependencies, change management, testing, and go-live execution
\n

 * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with IT, product, engineering/development, data, operations, and external technology partners
\n

 * Comfortable working with technical concepts such as system integrations, APIs/data exchanges, data mapping, configuration, environments, testing, and defect resolution
\n

 * Strong understanding of PBM operations, claims adjudication, formulary management, benefit design, BIN/PCN, eligibility, and integrations
\n

 * Direct experience in the PBM, pharmacy, healthcare technology, or related healthcare technology space is strongly preferred
\n

 * Experience with project management tools and methodologies; PMP, Scrum, Agile, or similar experience is a plus
\n
