* Experience working with technology environment; pricing & quote preparation experience a plus
 * Experience working in an MSP ideal
 * Experience working with a ticketing system
 * Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Windows based computer applications

## Description

If you are a skilled IT Procurement Specialist with great customer service, we have a spot for you. The person in this role will be responsible for executing and managing procurement-related workflows within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This role ensures the timely and accurate sourcing, quoting, purchasing, receiving, and tracking of hardware, software, and subscription-based products for both clients and internal use., The IT Procurement Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring data accuracy within systems, and supporting operational efficiency across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This position is on-site at the office in Woodland Hills, CA., * Develop and improve vendor relationships

 * Research the market for the highest quality products at the lowest possible price
 * Maintain and monitor the quote to purchasing
 * Receiving in ConnectWise and tagging equipment
 * Prepare Quotes in ConnectWise Sell
 * Track client subscriptions and support renewals
 * Track deliveries - receive and document in CRM
 * Maintain product listings, with price and cost information
 * Follow clear and precise documentation practices
 * Implement process improvements for better efficiency and documentation
 * Prepare RMAs as needed
 * Assist with asset management and tracking
 * Tracking and maintaining internal and client subscription and support renewals
