## About the Role

* Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years of experience, or an Advanced degree and minimum of 5 years of experience.
 * U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
 * Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
 * Experience interpreting and implementing security requirements outlined in customer-issued prime/subcontract DD-254 forms.
 * Experience reviewing security documents for accuracy and completeness, including SOPs, PARs, PSQs, and IC security processing packages.
 * Experience with security databases such as DISS, NISS, SIMS, or JADE., * Familiarity with ICD-705 Technical Specifications for SCIFs and experience interpreting physical construction standards for restricted/secure areas.
 * Experience working with various DoD and IC agencies.
 * Knowledge of DoD SAP and SCI programs to provide procedural and policy guidance.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
 * Experience performing security tasks outside specialty areas, such as physical security.

The Manager, Contract SAP Security Officer (CSSO) will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with government security requirements and safeguarding sensitive information. This position is responsible for implementing and managing security policies, procedures, and practices related to Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). The role requires collaboration across multiple teams and agencies to maintain the integrity of secure environments.

What You Will Do :

 * Interpret and implement security requirements outlined in customer-issued prime/subcontract DD-254 forms (DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications).
 * Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of security documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Personnel Action Reports (PAR), Personnel Security Questionnaires (PSQ), and Intelligence Community (IC) security processing packages.
 * Oversee physical construction standards for restricted/secure areas, including Special Program Access Facilities (SPAFs) and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs), ensuring compliance with ICD-705 Technical Specifications.
 * Manage and utilize security databases such as DISS, NISS, SIMS, JADE, or similar systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
 * Provide procedural and policy guidance for DoD SAP and SCI programs, ensuring adherence to security standards.
 * Author and present subject-specific presentations, effectively communicating security requirements and updates to stakeholders.
 * Perform security tasks outside specialty areas, including physical security, and utilize Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
 * Support domestic travel requirements (5-10%) to other company facilities as needed.
