## Description

Axess recrute un(e) alternant(e) Administrateur(trice) Systèmes Linux pour renforcer son équipe Service Client.

Vous participerez à l'exploitation et au maintien des plateformes de messagerie et solutions collaboratives open source, au support utilisateur en environnements SaaS et On-Premise., * Administration de serveurs Linux (installation, mises à jour, supervision)

 * Exploitation de solutions de messagerie (ex : Zimbra)
 * Suivi des flux mails (SMTP) et analyse de logs
 * Support et assistance aux utilisateurs sur :MessagerieNextcloudOnlyOffice / CollaboraMatrixJitsiGestion des accès et authentification (LemonLDAP / LDAP)
 * Traitement des incidents via outil de ticketing (GLPI ou équivalent)
 * Rédaction de documentation simple
