## About the Role

Formation : Bac + 2 minimum, idéalement en Informatique

Compétences requises :

 * Connaissances avancées en informatique (SQL obligatoire)

· Très bon sens relationnel et bon niveau rédactionnel

· Polyvalence, travail en équipe, autonomie et sens de l'initiative

 * Rigueur et organisation - Résistance au stress et gestion des priorités, * Expérience dans le secteur de la santé (milieu hospitalier, laboratoires d'analyses médicales)
 * Expérience en relation client
 * Connaissance des standards d'interopérabilité médicale (HL7, FHIR)
 * Des connaissances en anglais et/ou en allemand seraient un plus

## Description

· Gestion des demandes client : priorisation, catégorisation, analyse et suivi jusqu'à la clôture,

· Rédaction des demandes de changement logiciel : reproduction de dysfonctionnement / identification des évolutions produit

· Documentation de la base de connaissances

· Vous êtes l'intermédiaire entre notre clientèle et nos différents départements internes (ventes, projets et développement)

Vous travaillerez notamment sur les logiciels de gestion de laboratoire d'analyses médicales, prescription connectée, serveur de résultats.
