## About the Role

* 2-3 years in operations, data collection or another fast-paced environment
 * Gaming experience a plus (strong situational awareness and controller skills)
 * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities

JHCareers is supporting the recruiting efforts for a cutting-edge autonomous ride-hailing company to hireTeleOperations Operators who will support the real-time operation of a growing fleet of self-driving vehicles.

As the "human-in-the-loop," you'll monitor AV performance, provide remote assistance when needed, and help troubleshoot and improve the systems that keep autonomous vehicles operating safely.  * Monitor autonomous vehicles in real time to ensure safe operation
 * Provide remote guidance or vehicle control during complex or unexpected situations

 * Follow strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
 * Work flexible shifts as part of a mission-critical operations team
