## Description

* As a Product Support Engineer I, you will be learning to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes.
 * You'll assist with assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems.
 * You're technical responsibilities include the support of product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.
