## Description

Le Technicien Support IT N1/N2 sera responsable de fournir un soutien technique de qualité aux utilisateurs finaux. Avec une expérience de 5 à 8 ans dans le domaine, le candidat idéal maîtrisera les environnements Windows, macOS et les outils de collaboration., Assurer le support utilisateurs N1/N2.

Prendre en charge, qualifier, coordonner et suivre les demandes et incidents IT.

Accompagner les utilisateurs sur l?ensemble des équipements informatiques.

Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels.

Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail.

Participer aux projets Workplace et Digital Workplace.

Coordonner les actions avec les équipes internes.

Assurer le suivi des fournisseurs dans le respect des niveaux de service.

Contribuer aux réflexions autour de l?architecture Workplace.
