 * Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management

## Description

The Desktop Support Technician provides technical support to faculty, staff, and students using Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining computer hardware, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, assisting with basic network connectivity, tracking and resolving support requests, maintaining technical documentation, and administering department software licenses. The position also works closely with senior IT staff to support infrastructure projects and the department's broader technology needs.
