## About the Role

15+ years of relevant enterprise applications or transformation experience preferred, including significant Oracle Fusion Cloud program/project leadership.
Ability to lead senior stakeholders, challenge delivery assumptions, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Experience with multi-property, multi-entity, seasonal or hourly workforce operations and related finance/HR integration needs.
Lead end-to-end delivery of a new Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation spanning Financials (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM). This client-facing role owns integrated execution, governance, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness from mobilization through go-live and stabilization.

## Description

Coordinate Finance, HR, IT, security, data, integration, reporting, change management, system integrator, and third-party vendor workstreams.
Drive stage-gate readiness and quality reviews for discovery, design, configuration, integration, data conversion, testing
Manage cross-functional dependencies, scope trade-offs, issue resolution, and timely decisions to protect implementation outcomes.
