## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
 * 5 years of prior relevant experience
 * Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives from discovery through release.
 * Ability to translate business outcomes into solution options, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
 * Strong requirements practices, including detailed specifications, traceability, testability, and support for UAT and release readiness.
 * Ability to mentor junior analysts and improve team standards, templates, and analysis quality.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

 * Experience with complex integrations and data mapping, including APIs, ETL, and event-based patterns.
 * Experience facilitating workshops or JAD sessions and driving decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
 * Familiarity with product or portfolio planning and developing level-of-effort estimates.
 * Knowledge of security and privacy concepts and controls relevant to business applications.
 * Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure outcomes and support continuous improvement.
