* 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years of experience as a GRC domain expertise.
 * Proven experience leading and managing one or more Agile teams
 * Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
 * Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ServiceNow Agile.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
 * Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution abilities.
 * Experience in project risk management and delivery governance.
 * Good understanding of Agile metrics, capacity planning, velocity tracking, and backlog management.
 * Ability to influence teams without direct authority and drive continuous process improvements
