## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delphi Developer with proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare-related software applications. ## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Delphi applications with a focus on healthcare-specific modules.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate healthcare business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Optimize and refactor legacy Delphi codebases for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
 * Integrate Delphi applications with third-party healthcare systems (e.g., EMRs, EHRs, pharmacy management systems, HL7/FHIR APIs).
 * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, HL7, NCPDP, DSCSA, etc.).
 * Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
 * Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and conduct code reviews.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.
 * Work with QA teams to establish and execute test strategies, including unit and integration testing.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
