* Expérience confirmée de 3 à 6 ans en administration, systèmes, exploitation et/ou infogérance
 * Maîtrise de Windows Server et Linux en environnement de production
 * Expérience de la supervision/du monitoring
 * Goût prononcé pour structurer l'observabilité
 * Rigueur, sens du service
 * Autonomie et réactivité
 * Aisance dans le reporting et la communication client
 * Acceptation des astreintes
 * Sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité et de qualité
 * Connaissance de la norme ISO 27 001/HDS serait un plus

## Description

* Concevoir, structurer et faire évoluer les outils de monitoring
 * Veiller à la disponibilité, la performance et la santé des infrastructures de façon quotidienne
 * Définir les indicateurs, seuils d'alerte et tableaux de bord pertinents
 * Détecter, qualifier et traiter ou escalader les incidents
 * Proposer des actions correctives et d'amélioration
 * Assurer le reporting interne et externe aux clients
 * Veiller au maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) et à l'infogérance
 * Assurer une astreinte pour garantir la continuité des services critiques 24h/24 et 7j/7
