## About the Role

Vous préparez une formation niveau BAC+2/3 de type support informatique en entreprise, et souhaitez évoluer vers un profil de technicien supérieur en informatique, et disposez idéalement d'une première expérience dans le domaine concerné. Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

 * Connaitre les bases des réseaux informatiques
 * Posséder une bonne connaissance des technologies informatiques en environnement Windows
 * Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, un sens de l'écoute, une capacité de vulgarisation, qualités relationnelles et de communication, rigueur, sens de l'organisation, esprit d'équipe et engagement
 * Anglais technique exigé (principalement écrit)

## Description

Au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Informations du Groupe et sous la responsabilité du Chef de projet infrastructure, vous monterez en compétences sur les missions suivantes :

Fournir le support technique aux clients des laboratoires :

 * Aider à la gestion des incidents
 * Participer à la gestion du parc
 * Contribuer à la gestion des demandes
 * Participer au maintien à jour des inventaires
 * Aider à l'installation/Configuration imprimantes

Et plus généralement, apporter son expertise technique sur les sujets suivants :

 * Participer au Patch management
 * Aider à la Préparation/Masterisation/Installation sur paillasse des nouveaux postes
 * Contribuer à la Qualification/recette des nouveaux postes
 * Assurer le cadrage et l'accompagnement de nos partenaires externes lors de leurs interventions
 * Participer à la configuration outil de sauvegarde
 * Participer au Brassage réseau
