## Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building and enhancing scalable, resilient software solutions that directly support Schwab's financial planning capabilities.
Working within an Agile environment, you will partner closely with product owners, architects, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality applications and microservices that align with business priorities and client needs.
Success in this role requires the ability to solve complex technical problems, make sound engineering decisions, and continuously improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
You will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from refining requirements and decomposing user stories to delivering production-ready solutions using modern engineering practices.
This includes developing RESTful services, participating in code reviews, maintaining CI/CD-driven development workflows, and ensuring quality through automated testing and trunk-based development practices.
You will also support production environments, troubleshoot issues with urgency and accountability, and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver outcomes that create value for clients and the business.
