 * A Guard Card or license is preferred.
 * Customer service experience is preferred.

 * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
 * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support site operations through attentive access management.  * Observe inbound and outbound vehicle, trailer, and delivery activity at access points; communicate with site personnel regarding authorized arrivals, departures, and restricted areas.
 * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
 * Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, dock areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
