## Description

Seeking an experienced Technical Architect to provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and L3 production support for enterprise content management and document processing platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring platform stability, resolving complex issues, supporting upgrades and migrations, and driving operational excellence., * Provide L2.5 / L3 production support and technical leadership for content management platforms.

 * Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical production incidents.
 * Support platform upgrades, patches, migrations, and release activities.
 * Design and review technical solutions to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
 * Manage content repositories, workflows, lifecycles, and security configurations.
 * Collaborate with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
 * Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
