## About the Role

* Knowledge of compliance and operational risk management principles, governance frameworks, and regulatory expectations.
 * Strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills, with experience working across matrixed organizations and partnering with senior stakeholders.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities, execute independently, and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment.
 * Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, provide effective challenge, escalate issues appropriately, and navigate ambiguity.
 * Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and tailor messaging for executive and non-technical audiences. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

 * Experience within a Second Line Compliance, Operational Risk Management, Audit, or Regulatory function.
 * Familiarity with Compliance Risk Assessments (CRA), Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Issue Management, Regulatory Change Management (RCM), and related governance processes. Professional certification in compliance or risk (e.g. CAMS, CRCM, CRM, etc.).
