## About the Role

Analysis Skills, Travel Industry, Automation, Operational Communications, Business Processes, System Integration (SI), Cross-Functional, Scalable System Development, Data Processing, Design For Excellence (DFX), * Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 * Minimum 3 + years of experience administering Smartsheet or similar enterprise work management platforms, including workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and system configuration.

## Description

Serves as the subject matter expert for the Design Excellence program's Smartsheet platform, supporting critical business processes, reporting, workflow automation, system integrations, and operational communications. This role drives process efficiency, data visibility, and cross-functional coordination through the ongoing development of scalable solutions that support the continued evolution of the Design Excellence program., * Serve as subject matter expert for Smartsheet, including solutions for the Design department, template management, workflow design, sheet development and maintenance, reporting, dashboards, and automation.

 * Manage monthly design billing processes and related reporting.
 * Coordinate operational communications, including design milestone notifications, PIP distributions, probation requests, and Review Committee requests.
 * Maintain and enhance integrations between Smartsheet, Salesforce, and other business systems to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and communication.
 * Develop and implement workflow improvements that streamline processes, improve data quality, increase visibility, and enhance the user experience.
 * Monitor emerging platform capabilities and evolving AI solutions, identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency, automate tasks, enhance reporting, and strengthen operational effectiveness related to program requirements, milestones and deadlines.
