Experienced .NET Technical Lead / Full Stack Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies, Angular, Microservices, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities along with hands-on expertise in cloud-native application development, DevOps practices, and modern software architecture. Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI Assisted solutions, translating business needs into scalable technical strategies. Lead a cross-functional team of engineers staying hands-on with development., Core Technologies

 * Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core / .NET 6+
 * Frontend development experience with React
 * Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture
 * Cloud & DevOps
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
 * Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD implementation
 * Understanding of cloud architecture patterns and best practices

Tools & Practices

 * Experience with Git / GitHub
 * Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
 * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD practices

Preferred Skills:

1. Full Stack Development
 * Design and develop scalable applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+
 * Build RESTful APIs and Microservices-based architecture
 * Develop responsive and modern UI applications using Angular
 * Ensure clean architecture, SOLID principles, and coding best practices

 2. Cloud & Azure Engineering
 * Design and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure
 * Work with Azure services including:
 * Azure App Services
 * Azure Functions
 * Azure Storage (Blob, Queue)
 * Azure API Management
 * Ensure scalability, high availability, security, and cost optimization

 3. DevOps & Automation
 * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
 * Experience with GitHub Actions is an added advantage
 * Maintain code repositories and branching strategies
 * Drive automation for build, testing, and deployment processes

 5. AI-Assisted Development
 * Utilize AI-assisted capabilities for:
 * Solution architecture and design
 * Requirements analysis and documentation generation
 * Full-stack .NET application development (UI, API, Services, and Database layers)
 * Code generation and code optimization
 * Unit, integration, and automated test creation
 * Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and deployment automation
 * CI/CD pipeline development and release management
