## About the Role

Required

 * Active TS/SCI security clearance
 * Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
 * 5+ years' experience in analysis, development, evaluation, integration, or test of DoD systems
 * Strong proficiency in SysML or similar modeling languages (UML, AADL)
 * Hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) software, specifically Cameo Systems Modeler or similar tools (MagicDraw, Rhapsody)
 * Experience with C5 systems (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Combat Systems)
 * Proven ability to perform model verification and validation activities
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively with program employees, government client representatives, and internal organizational functional representatives
 * A collaborative, team-centric attitude and enthusiasm that encourages outreach and partnership
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and requirements simultaneously in a diverse and dynamic environment with short deadlines

 * Experience with tactical communication systems from an engineering and/or operational use perspective
 * Electrical Engineering educational background or closely related discipline
 * Understanding of telecommunications and data networking protocols and architectures
 * Analytic experience in the Intelligence Community (IC)

## Description

* Apply MBSE methodologies to develop and maintain SysML models in Cameo Systems Modeler to capture requirements, use cases, and system architectures
 * Support mission engineering, analysis, system functions, and develop functional and performance requirements for C5 systems integration
 * Assist in verification and validation of MBSE models, working collaboratively across teams of technical analysts and non-technical stakeholders
 * Develop and analyze MBSE models to derive mission threads and use cases to aid in system-level verification planning
 * Ensure traceability between architecture models, IC data compliance, and program requirements
 * Apply knowledge of C5 and tactical communication systems to create technical diagrams with SysML that accurately outline data flows amongst system components
 * Demonstrate and utilize modeling tools to help customers with technical requirements and mission planning
 * Translate complex modeling concepts for diverse audiences, including technical teams and laypersons
