## About the Role

* Contribute to unified communications administration, including platforms such as Cisco Call Manager, when needed. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
 * At least 7 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in multi-site environments.
 * Minimum 5 years of hands-on work with VMware, enterprise storage platforms, and Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 and hybrid cloud connectivity.
 * Strong knowledge of firewall administration, security best practices, backup solutions, and identity management.
 * Experience managing Cisco routers, Cisco networking, and LAN environments within an enterprise setting.
 * Demonstrated background in Active Directory administration and support of cloud-based business services.
 * Exposure to Cisco Call Manager or other unified communications systems is preferred. ## Description

* Manage enterprise network and infrastructure operations across multiple sites, ensuring dependable connectivity, performance, and availability.
 * Administer core technologies including Cisco-based networking, servers, virtualization platforms, cloud-connected services, and security tools.
 * Maintain and optimize VMware environments, storage systems, and Microsoft enterprise platforms such as Active Directory and Office 365.
 * Strengthen infrastructure security by configuring firewalls, applying hardening standards, and supporting identity and access management controls.
 * Oversee backup and recovery processes to protect business-critical systems and improve disaster readiness.
 * Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting technical solutions.
 * Support hybrid and cloud integrations that extend enterprise services while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
