## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree required; degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
 * Proven experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager with hands-on project management leading technology implementations and enhancements.
 * Demonstrated experience managing Revenue Cycle projects within a healthcare environment.
 * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including managing budgets, schedules, financial forecasting, risks, and resources.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

## Description

* Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution from initiation through completion for Revenue Cycle-related technology initiatives.
 * Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, timelines, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to keep delivery on track.
 * Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget expectations.
 * Track, manage, and forecast project financials while communicating status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
 * Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues; manage scope, resources, and timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and managed service partners., * Opportunity to drive meaningful Healthcare IT projects focused on Revenue Cycle outcomes.
 * Chance to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around clear milestones and delivery goals.
 * Support for structured project execution through schedule management, WBS ownership, and risk/issue escalation.
 * Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and managed service partners in a complex healthcare technology environment.
