* 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years hands-on AEM experience.
 * 2+ full lifecycle implementations using AEM 6.x (6.3+).
 * Strong experience with AEM, Java/J2EE, OSGi, Sling, JSP, Sightly/HTL, JCR.
 * Experience with AEM workflows, user management, I18N, personalization, and performance tuning.
 * Knowledge of Adobe Launch/Analytics, headless/non-headless e-commerce integrations, and Agile.
 * Strong leadership, communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Lead a team of 8-12 AEM developers and own technical delivery.
 * Design and implement large-scale AEM solutions; provide technical direction and code reviews.
 * Develop custom AEM components, OSGi bundles, workflows, and integrations.
 * Handle unit testing, performance optimization, NFRs, estimations, and technical best practices.
 * Collaborate with architects, clients, stakeholders, and product teams.
 * Support content migration, REST/SOAP integrations, and API development.
