## About the Role

* Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.

 * Hands-on experience in data analysis or a strong Data Analytics background.
\n

 * Experience collaborating with product managers, software delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
\n

 * Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
\n

 * Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
\n

 * Familiarity with data tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

 * Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

 * Experience in software product development environments and NOT Delivery.

 * Familiarity with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks.

## Description

FYI: looking for someone from Data Analytics Background and not Software Delivery or Project Management., We are looking for a Scrum Master with a strong Data Analytics background to lead Agile delivery while using data to drive better decisions across the software product lifecycle. This person will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, remove impediments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams - including product managers, software delivery teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders. They will also review data, identify trends and insights, and help drive necessary changes in both the current and future stages of software product development., A successful candidate will bridge Agile delivery and data analytics - helping teams deliver efficiently while using data to continuously improve products, processes, and outcomes. They will be equally comfortable facilitating a sprint retrospective and analyzing delivery metrics to recommend changes that impact current and future software product development.
