## About the Role

This is a senior technical role for an experienced MSP engineer who enjoys solving the issues other technicians cannot. You will take ownership of complex escalations across systems, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, backups, and client infrastructure while also contributing to automation and infrastructure projects., * MSP experience supporting multiple client environments is required

\n

 * Strong Tier 3 troubleshooting experience across systems, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, backups, and infrastructure

\n

 * Advanced Microsoft administration across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud environments

\n

 * Strong networking and firewall experience, including Cisco and SonicWall technologies

\n

 * Hands on virtualization experience with VMware and exposure to Citrix environments

\n

 * Experience supporting cloud platforms, cybersecurity tools, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring

\n

 * PowerShell scripting or automation experience strongly preferred

\n

 * Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA, RMM, and MSP service delivery platforms

\n

 * Ability to independently diagnose complex issues and drive them through resolution

\n

 * Strong client communication, documentation, and technical leadership skills

You will serve as a Tier 3 technical resource across the organization, working closely with service, projects, security, compliance, and leadership teams.
