## About the Role

* Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and CI Polygraph
 * B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field
 * 5-10 years of experience designing and deploying large-scale, distributed environments within commercial cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
 * Strong hands-on experience with Linux-based operating systems, including system administration, troubleshooting, and automation
 * Strong proficiency in scripting and automation, including Python and PowerShell, to support infrastructure provisioning, operational tasks, and CI/CD workflows
 * Hands-on experience using AWS CLI for cloud resource management, automation, and operational troubleshooting
 * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation and/or Terraform
 * Familiarity with containerization technologies, including Docker and AWS Fargate
 * Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab and/or Jenkins
 * Strong understanding of cloud networking fundamentals, including security groups, NACLs, route tables, and VPC architecture
 * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed cloud environments
 * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing, to design efficient and effective solutions
 * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an Agile team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

 * AWS/Azure Certification
 * Experience with compiled languages such as Java, C++, or .NET
 * Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and participation in ATO (Authority to Operate) processes
 * Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure)

## Description

The Cloud Developer will perform activities associated with implementation, integration, and support of computer systems in mission-critical response operations environment., * Research, architect, develop, and modify enterprise-scale cloud applications and infrastructure with a focus on automation, security, and maintainability

 * Collaborate and support the planning of system and development deployment as well as meeting software compliance standards with a particular focus involving integrations and data analytic solutions.
 * Design and implement solutions leveraging modern DevOps tools and practices, including infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines
 * Translate complex requirements into modular, testable components and technical documentation
 * Support the ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and security hardening of applications
 * Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and iterative delivery cycles
