## About the Role

* Fishbowl Inventory experience highly preferred.
 * Knowledge of HVAC ductwork and sheet metal materials preferred.
 * Previous warehouse or inventory management experience.
 * Strong computer skills, including Excel and data entry.
 * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 * Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
 * Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.

## Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Clerk to manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Fishbowl Inventory software and knowledge of HVAC ductwork, sheet metal materials, and accessories., * Manage inventory, stock levels, and material movements using Fishbowl Inventory.

 * Process purchase orders, receiving, inventory transfers, and stock adjustments.
 * Receive, inspect, organize, and track incoming materials.
 * Identify and organize HVAC materials, including ductwork, fittings, dampers, grilles, diffusers, and sheet metal accessories.
 * Prepare materials and orders for fabrication and jobsite deliveries.
 * Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
 * Maintain accurate records and an organized warehouse.
 * Coordinate with shop personnel and project managers regarding material needs.
