## About the Role

Candidates must meet one of the following:

 * Technical schooling such as Lincoln Tech, PC AGE, NPower, etc.
 * Completed technical certification such as CompTIA A+ / Network+.
 * Relevant Associate degree in IT or related field.
 * OR 2+ years of relevant hardware repair/troubleshooting experience if there is no technical education.

Additional requirements:

 * Recent graduates within 6 months can be considered without work experience if relevant coursework is shown.
 * Otherwise, 1+ year of experience in hardware repair/assembly, helpdesk, or IT support.
 * Hands-on knowledge of computer hardware and assembly.
 * Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
 * Working knowledge of Windows and Linux.
 * Familiarity with MS Office; Excel preferred.
 * Good communication, organization, multitasking, and documentation skills., * Do you have reliable transportation for your daily commute?
 * Do you have technical schooling from Lincoln Tech, PC AGE, NPower etc?

Experience:

 * hardware troubleshooting : 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * CompTIA A+ (Preferred)

## Description

* Assemble, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot computer/server hardware.
 * Identify and isolate hardware or software issues.
 * Perform basic repairs and component replacements.
 * Work with Windows and Linux systems.
 * Document repairs, fixes, and test results.
 * Follow technical procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
