## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst with a strong portfolio of dashboard development and reporting projects.
 * Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools for creating compelling dashboards.
 * Proficiency in SQL programming for query management within SQL Server or Oracle databases; experience with query optimization is a plus.
 * Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Talend or custom scripting in Bash (Unix shell) for data pipeline automation.
 * Strong knowledge of database design principles and experience working with SQL databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
 * Familiarity with programming languages such as R and Python for advanced analytics tasks including statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
 * Understanding of SDLC processes to support software development lifecycle analysis for analytics solutions deployment.
 * Ability to analyze large datasets using Excel data analysis techniques combined with VBA scripting for automation tasks.
 * Experience working within Agile project management frameworks to deliver timely insights aligned with business priorities.
 * Excellent communication skills for requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and presenting complex findings clearly.
 * Knowledge of linked data concepts and experience integrating disparate data sources for comprehensive analysis is desirable.

## Description

* Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other reporting platforms to visualize key metrics and trends.
 * Design and implement scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate data integration from diverse sources like SQL databases, Oracle, Talend, and Linked data environments.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications for data models and analytics solutions.
 * Conduct comprehensive analysis using Excel data analysis techniques, R programming, Python scripting, and other analytics tools to uncover insights that support strategic decision-making.
 * Manage SQL query development and optimization within Microsoft SQL Server or other SQL databases to facilitate efficient data retrieval and reporting.
 * Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) analysis to ensure robust deployment of analytics solutions aligned with organizational standards.
 * Design intuitive dashboards and visualizations that enhance understanding of complex datasets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 * Support database design efforts by creating logical data models using Visio or similar tools to improve data architecture and accessibility.
 * Engage in project management activities within Agile frameworks to deliver analytics projects on time and meet evolving business needs.
