## About the Role

* 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Technical Project Management, or related experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe.
 * Experience supporting AI, data, cloud, or enterprise technology initiatives.
 * Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with architects and engineers.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
 * Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
 * Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, Databricks, IBM Enterprise Advantage, and Azure APIM is a plus.

## Description

* Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum and continuous improvement.
 * Drive delivery across AI, data, cloud, and digital initiatives.
 * Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and competing priorities.
 * Partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve delivery and alignment.
 * Support roadmap, release, and quarterly planning.
 * Provide clear executive-level status updates and delivery metrics.
 * Ensure alignment with enterprise security, governance, architecture, and Responsible AI standards.
