## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree required plus 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
 * Strong proficiency with Azure services, automation, and IaC (PowerShell, ARM, Terraform or Ansible a plus).
 * Experience with cloud security remediation, compliance, and governance.
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
 * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
 * Active Top Secret clearance and willing to work onsite in Washington, DC.

## Description

We are seeking an Azure Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and operation of cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. This role combines Azure architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps automation, and security remediation. You will work closely with development and operations teams to modernize infrastructure, strengthen security posture, and support key migration efforts., * Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure, including compute, network, and storage services.

 * Modernize the infrastructure repository by bringing unmanaged Azure resources into source control and refactoring IaC (primarily PowerShell).
 * Automate deployments and operational workflows using Infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and scripting.
 * Analyze and remediate Azure scan findings, focusing on critical and high-priority issues to meet security and compliance standards.
 * Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud environments to ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on Azure best practices.
 * Configure CI/CD pipelines.
