## About the Role

* Demonstrated success across the software development lifecycle, including requirements development, application development, testing, production turnover, and documentation.
 * At least five years of full stack development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL data manipulation, and secure coding techniques.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with jQuery.
 * Experience with Internet Information Services., * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience;
 * Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least seven years of relevant experience; or
 * High school diploma and at least nine years of relevant experience.

Work Schedule and Security

## Description

* Develop and maintain business applications using Agile development practices.
 * Partner with customers and business analysts to create user stories and storyboards.
 * Build interfaces between enterprise systems and in-house applications.
 * Develop operational and business reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.
 * Perform initial developer testing and support quality assurance in creating fully documented test plans.
 * Prepare user manuals and provide initial end-user training.
 * Evaluate development procedures and solutions for alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
