## Description

* Oversee inventory management processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as AS400 or SAP.
 * Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends, root causes of discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
 * Coordinate with procurement, merchandising, and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and sourcing strategies.
 * Perform demand planning and forecasting utilizing tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Nielsen data to support inventory stocking decisions.
 * Manage shipping & receiving operations, including materials handling, order fulfillment, and heavy lifting as needed.
 * Monitor warehouse distribution activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient materials movement.
 * Analyze financial aspects such as pricing, financial modeling, and cost control related to inventory management.
 * Facilitate cross-functional communication between supply chain departments to enhance process efficiency.
 * Utilize Excel data analysis skills for inventory control reports, spreadsheets updates, and data visualization.
 * Support production planning by providing accurate inventory data and participating in supply chain analytics initiatives.
 * Manage supplier relationships through negotiation, contracts review, and supplier management experience.
 * Conduct root cause analysis on stock discrepancies or supply chain disruptions to implement corrective actions.
