## About the Role

Bilingual in Spanish and English? Put your customer service skills to work from home supporting patients and healthcare providers with Liveops. Healthcare experience is preferred, not required., * Fluency in spoken Spanish and English

 * 1+ year of customer service or phone-based support experience
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while supporting callers
 * Ability to work independently and meet contractual expectations
 * Complete client-specific certification before providing services. Certification typically lasts 2-6 weeks, depending on the client., * Background in healthcare, medical, social services, education, or behavioral/mental health services
 * Familiarity with health insurance programs, including Medicaid and Medicare
 * Comfort with medical and insurance terminology
 * Experience in fast-paced or high-volume support environments

## Description

* Provide Spanish-English phone support to patients and healthcare providers with empathy and professionalism.
 * Navigate multiple systems and accurately document caller interactions.
 * Follow client guidelines and contractual obligations without providing medical advice.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

 * Computer: Genuine, licensed Windows 11; minimum 16 GB RAM and 6-core processor
 * Internet: Wired Ethernet with Wi-Fi disabled; minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
 * Monitors: Dual monitors with 1920 x 1080 resolution or higher
 * Mobile device: Android 14+ or iOS 17+ (iPhone 13 or newer), with biometric authentication enabled
 * Security: Microsoft Defender Antivirus and Firewall enabled
 * VPNs/virtual connections: Not permitted
