 * Strong Windows Server administration and troubleshooting skills.

 * Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, Nutanix, or Microsoft Hyper-V.

 * Strong workstation and end-user troubleshooting skills in Windows-based environments.

 * Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting business applications and end-user software.

 * Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across networks, servers, applications, and endpoints.

 * Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
\n

 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
