* Print server management, printer queue deployments, removals, and network troubleshooting (DNS/DHCP).
Identity & Access Management (Required - 3+ Yrs)

 * Dual expertise in Windows Active Directory AND Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
SMB Scanning & File Server Security (Required - 3+ Yrs)

 * Windows File Server management, folder/share access security, and SMB network scanning.
Windows Server & Networking (Required - 3+ Yrs)

 * Hands-on administration of Windows Server (2016-2022) and general IP networking troubleshooting.
Automation & Recovery (Highly Desired)

 * PowerShell / Graph Scripting for workflow automation.
 * File recovery using Volume Shadow Services (VSS) and enterprise backup tools.
Compliance & Collaboration (Desired)

 * Experience maintaining compliance standards (HIPAA, CJIS, PCI, FERPA).
