## Description

Robert Half Legal is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data Validation Specialist to support a large-scale contract review and data extraction project. In this role, you will review contracts and validate key contract attributes that have been extracted by AI and Relativity-based technology platforms. This is not a legal analysis or contract interpretation role. Instead, the primary focus is on accurately confirming whether specific contract data points have been captured correctly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-savvy, and comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused work while maintaining a high degree of accuracy., * Review a variety of contracts, including lease agreements, service agreements, property management agreements, and related commercial contracts

 * Validate contract data extracted by AI and document review technology platforms
 * Confirm the accuracy of approximately 50-60 contract attributes per agreement
 * Verify key contract information, including:
 * Contract execution dates
 * Termination dates
 * Contracting parties
 * Limitation of liability provisions
 * Other defined contract data fields
 * Compare extracted information against the underlying contract and identify discrepancies
 * Maintain established productivity and accuracy standards throughout the review process
 * Participate in training and onboarding to learn project-specific workflows and validation procedures
