## About the Role

* Minimum 2+ years of functional experience with Infor LN.
 * Strong understanding of ERP processes within a manufacturing environment.
 * Hands-on experience with functional configuration and troubleshooting in Infor LN.
 * Experience in several of the following functional areas:
 * Manufacturing
 * Planning
 * Warehousing
 * Distribution
 * Finance
 * Sales / Order Management
 * Contracts & Projects
 * Ability to analyze business processes and translate operational requirements into ERP solutions.
 * Experience testing system changes, fixes, and new functionality.
 * Ability to communicate system issues clearly to both business users and technical IT resources.

Preferred

 * Experience with SQL queries and database reporting.
 * Experience with MES systems.
 * Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools.
 * Previous experience working with international or centralized corporate IT teams.
 * Experience in a manufacturing, forging, machining, or industrial environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred.

Equivalent practical experience with Infor LN and manufacturing ERP systems will also be considered.

## Description

Galperti Inc. is seeking an ERP Functional Analyst / Business Systems Coordinator - Infor LN to support the ongoing use, optimization, and continuous improvement of our business systems.

Galperti Inc. has already completed the transition to Infor LN. This position is therefore not focused on ERP implementation, but on supporting the system in its daily use, coordinating users internally, resolving functional issues, applying appropriate functional changes within Infor LN, and coordinating more complex developments with the corporate IT organization and experienced key users at our headquarters in Italy.

The role will serve as the primary local reference for Infor LN, while also supporting the interaction between LN, MES, and Business Intelligence / reporting systems.

 * Act as the primary local point of contact for Infor LN and related business systems, supporting users across all company functions.
 * Troubleshoot functional issues and perform routine Infor LN configuration and system changes when appropriate.
 * Coordinate complex issues, developments, and improvements with the corporate IT team and key users in Italy.
 * Manage and follow up on IT tickets, helping users resolve issues internally before escalation when possible.
 * Gather business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and translate operational needs into system solutions.
 * Test system changes, fixes, and new functionality before deployment.
 * Support continuous improvement, user training, and process standardization across Infor LN, MES, and Business Intelligence systems.
 * Serve as the liaison between Galperti Inc. users and the corporate IT/ERP organization in Italy., This position combines hands-on Infor LN functional expertise with internal coordination responsibilities.

The person is expected to be capable of troubleshooting Infor LN, supporting users, and applying routine functional configuration and system changes directly when appropriate.

The objective of the position is to ensure that Galperti Inc. uses Infor LN, MES, and Business Intelligence systems effectively while maintaining strong coordination between the Houston operation and the corporate systems organization.
