## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

## Description

We are seeking a Branch Support Specialist to provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, applications, and end-user issues at branch locations., * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues.

 * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 escalation support.
 * Install software and image/re-image computers.
 * Configure laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, and network IP settings.
 * Manage IT tickets, incidents, service requests, and root cause analysis.
 * Support hardware inventory, ordering, decommissioning, and IT room maintenance.
 * Perform server/communication room patching and coordinate with network and engineering teams.
 * Deliver excellent customer service and maintain IT policies and procedures.
