## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field
 * 10+ years of hands-on experience with MFA enablement, support and troubleshooting.
 * 5+ years of experience in Entra ID, OpenText NetIQ Advanced Authentication
 * 10+ years of successfully delivering complex MFA projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
 * Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
 * Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/script
 * 10+ years of experience driving products from concept and ideation through successful launch.
 * 10+ years of experience working on a team employing standardized project delivery methods (Agile/Scrum development methods preferred).
 * 10+ years of experience in understanding and working with non-functional requirements.
 * 10+ years of experience of working in an enterprise environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

 * Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
 * Analyze business and technical requirements and develop work orders for external suppliers.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.
 * Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
 * Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.
