## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, data center operations, engineering labs, or a similar technical environment.
 * Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
 * Experience with hardware installation, deployments, PC components, GPUs, or similar technology.
 * Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and DNS.
 * Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with technical and engineering teams.
 * Technical degree (Associate's/Bachelor's) or equivalent hands-on experience.

## Description

* Support the daily operation and maintenance of a high-performance Compute Farm and IT infrastructure.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, Linux/Windows systems, networking, and infrastructure issues.
 * Install, deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot servers, PCs, GPUs, and other hardware.
 * Monitor system availability and assist with incident recovery and troubleshooting.
 * Work with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and maintain system reliability.
 * Help maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational metrics.
 * Identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and efficiency.
