## About the Role

 * 7+ years of experience in System Administration or IAM Engineering.
\n

 * 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management, including SSO, SAML, and federation.
\n

 * Strong expertise in Okta, including Universal Directory, SAML/OIDC integrations, Workflows, Lifecycle Management, MFA, and policies.
\n

 * Strong experience with Windows and Active Directory.
\n

 * Advanced PowerShell skills for IAM automation, provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlement management, and auditing.
\n

 * Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
\n

 * Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and CMMC compliance is preferred.
\n

 * Must be able to work onsite in Herndon, VA, 3 days per week.
\n
