## About the Role

You will ideally have experience working as an Implementation Consultant, Senior Implementation Consultant, Professional Services Consultant, Technical Consultant or in a closely related customer-facing SaaS implementation role., Experience within PRM, partner relationship management, partner marketing, channel technology or partner ecosystem software would be particularly relevant., Backgrounds across configurable B2B SaaS environments such as CRM, Salesforce, marketing automation, workflow, enablement or similar platforms may also be considered., If you have a strong background in customer-facing SaaS implementation and enjoy combining project ownership, consulting and platform delivery, I would be keen to speak with you.

You will act as one of the main customer contacts throughout implementation, taking responsibility for delivery, communication and overall project progress.

Projects can range from relatively structured SaaS deployments through to larger enterprise implementations involving multiple stakeholders, integrations and more complex configuration.

\n

You will work in a lean, collaborative environment where consultants are trusted to take ownership rather than operate within a heavily layered delivery structure., The role is highly customer-facing and suited to someone comfortable taking ownership of several implementations while working closely with colleagues across Professional Services, Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
