PSD's software supports utility energy efficiency programs, and the team delivers both product development and contracted client work. This role oversees the process that turns that demand into predictable sprint commitments, working with the Product Manager and Delivery Managers on priorities and with the Software Architect on technical direction. Because clients rely on PSD's energy models and program data, this person treats calculation and data accuracy as a core part of quality. The role is mostly people and delivery leadership, with limited hands-on work, and requires strong communication across business units and a commitment to software craftsmanship.
