Job DescriptionWhy This Role Matters

Precision parts don't make themselves-robust processes do. As a Precision Machining Programming Engineer at CCT Enterprises, you will architect, program, and refine CNC processes so our team can produce quality components efficiently and consistently.

What You Will Do

 * Design end-to-end machining processes for new parts-from strategy and tooling to code and setup sheets.
 * Program CNC lathes, Swiss turning machines, and milling centers; perform hands-on setups and prove-outs.
 * Diagnose and resolve production issues by finding root causes and implementing corrective actions.
 * Boost throughput and repeatability by optimizing cycle times, tool life, and workholding approaches.
 * Author and maintain clear work instructions and process documentation.
 * Train operators and setup personnel on new and updated processes.
 * Review drawings, tolerances, materials, and requirements to determine the most effective manufacturing method.
 * Support quoting by estimating cycle times, tooling needs, and process steps for potential new work.
 * Identify and implement automation opportunities and continuous improvements.
 * Partner with Quality and Production to sustain capable, stable production runs.
