What You'll Do:

 * Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
 * Manage access control operations by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
 * Monitor access control systems, alarms, cameras, and communication equipment; report unusual activity, access issues, and equipment concerns according to site procedures.
 * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
 * Conduct regular and random patrols of the business location, access points, parking areas, and perimeter; document observations and help to deter unauthorized access.
